| Has my order shipped? | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. The IPNC does not mail tickets or other information for Full Weekend Guests- your materials (name badge, weekend information, etc.) will be given to you at registration on Thursday from 3-6PM or Friday from 7:30-9AM. Tickets for the Salmon Bake and Walkabout will be mailed in the spring. Apparel and merchandise orders are shipped within three business days after the order has been placed. | |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? | |

Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. | |

| My order never arrived. | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. As noted above, Salmon Bake and Walkabout tickets are sent in the spring. Full Weekend materials are picked up on-campus when you arrive for registration. All other orders were sent by the IPNC within three days of your order. | An item is missing from my shipment. | |
| If for some reason the IPNC sent you an incomplete or incorrect product or ticket order, please contact us immediately at info@ipnc.org or 503-472-8964. We will take care of the matter promptly. | |
| When will my backorder arrive? | |
| Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. | |
